loud conversations morning call
The staff upgraded me to a larger room upon arrival. This was acceptable.
The noise levels proved excessive. I heard loud conversations from other guests at night. Even the early morning call to prayer was clearly audible. This made sleeping difficult (and I value my rest).

central Location, attentive Staff
excellent location helpful staff
The hotel enjoys excellent proximity to major attractions. The front desk staff were really good. They remained helpful and kind . The breakfast offered a nice variety. I saw several choices. I appreciated the renovated bathroom.
The hotel lacks an elevator. Carrying luggage upstairs proved challenging. My room faced the tram line, and the noise made it hard to sleep WELL. The sound insulation could be improved. there were no lift.

The breakfast featured a sufficient variety of options . I noticed it included salads. The kitchen staff were wonderful and attentive. I could see abundant offerings at breakfast.

The staff consistently spoke English well. The reception personnel were nice, always ready to assist. The hotel offered late checkout, which i thought was particularly helpful. I REALLY appreciated that service.

The room was clean each day due to diligent housekeeping services. The bathroom seemed renovated, offering an updated space . Air conditioning worked in the room, this is important during summer. Coffee and tea were complimentary.

missing items small room
my room was tiny, i find barely any space to walk. the bathroom also lacks items. the shower gel was not replaced daily and i expect this of a reputable hotel. i found the room a bit small.
